EDM Wirecraft Services
Molds
Tapered lifter pockets up to 45° in blocks 12–14" thick, insert pockets, graphite electrodes, and the inserts to fill them.
Extrusion Tooling
Profile, automotive sealing, and medical tubing dies, plus test fixtures, sizers, die heads, and adapters.
Tall Parts
15.75" out of the box, 22" as routine production, and as much as 25" when the job calls for it.
Extreme Tapers Up To 45°
Almost no taper is impossible for us to cut. With the taper capability of our Charmilles wire EDMs, an extrusion die can be streamlined in just about any fashion imaginable — fatten an area to add restriction and redirect flow, or open up a section that has been hard to fill.
It lets designers build the tool they actually wanted instead of the one they had to settle for.

Our Story
Dale Crisp learned moldmaking under Warren Jones, saw his first wire EDM in 1983, and started the shop with Warren in February 1988. He bought the business outright on January 1, 1997. It stays a family operation — his wife keeps the books, his daughters help out.
